I’m seeing more and more creators who do not want agencies. I could see this years ago when I ran mine. It’s just not very optimal for a majority of youtube creators.

As an editor, you can't just sit around cutting up footage. You need to learn to use Ai to your advantage. You always need to be adapting. Or you'll get left behind.

If you’re trying to dump terabytes of footage on one editor, it’s not gonna end well. Organizing, cutting, polishing — those are different jobs. 2-3 editors = faster edits, better quality, and way less stress.

There is no time limit in this space. I’ve worked with people ranging from 15 to 50 years old. Stop letting posts from people saying you’re "running out of time" scare you. The rush is imaginary, and can lead you away from your goals.
