This, of course, is the real cancel culture — not the stuff that Bari Weiss, more than a few writers for the Atlantic, and other some such have been blabbering about.

@returnstosender What, finding a student unqualified to be a valedictorian?
@returnstosender I support letting her speak. .If all the jew haters at colleges promise in writing to never shout down another pro Israel speaker again.
💔 If I must die, you must live to tell my story to sell my things to buy a piece of cloth and some strings, (make it white with a long tail) so that a child, somewhere in Gaza while looking heaven in the eye awaiting his dad who left in a blaze— and bid no one farewell not even to his flesh not even to himself— sees the kite, my kite you made, flying up above and thinks for a moment an angel is there bringing back love If I must die let it bring hope let it be a tale. ~ Refaat Alareer 🕊️

@returnstosender Depends. Does she or doesn't she actively involve herself in antizionist venues of different kinds? It makes people so angry when Jews defend themselves. IT's kind of weird.
@returnstosender So it's cancel culture when it's someone you agree with, but just deserts when it's someone advocating something you disagree with? that's not principle...that's just power. How about defending open debate & discussion, even for people whose ideas you deplore?
@returnstosender She wasn’t banned for being “pro-Palestinian.” She was banned because she’s written about wiping Israel off the map, and the University, rightfully, did not want their graduation to turn into yet another anti-Israel screed. That’s not what the event is about.
