God has never made me feel as if He’s disappointed in me. He has compassion for me; He knows my frame; He knows that I am but dust; and He knows how much I desire to serve Him. When things don’t go well, He has always made me feel that He is disappointed FOR me, not IN me.

In my daily life, I don’t look for opportunities; I look for God. I can walk outside and give you several sermons in five minutes, just by observing the hand of God in nature. If we look around and see life through God’s eyes, we will behold His glory everywhere.

Reaching the lost often is as simple as noticing & caring. In so many situations where God has used me to touch people’s lives, they had no idea I was an evangelist. I simply noticed them & reached out—and it overwhelmed them. Many times, it changed their lives.

We should pray boldly for the sick & suffering. We should ask God to perform miracles. We should trust Him for His mercy, wisdom & grace. And if we don’t see the miracles we’re praying for, we can still trust God for the miracle that enables us to walk in peace, hope & faith.
