Dear @etihadHelp @etihad 1/The boarding staff at the airport and the Customer Support are ALWAYS out of sync when it comes to name restrictions for adding Infants. Customer Support PROMISES that they added notes to Boarding Staff and everything will be fine but it NEVER is.

2/Why am I paying 100$ everytime I book a ticket JUST BECAUSE there is a SOFTWARE BUG in the etihad.com website that it combines infants name with primary passengers name? Why should I as a flyer be inconvenienced and spend amount for this?

3/Based on a VERY BAD experience the first time I booked the flight where I had to spend 45min+ with customer support from within the airport just few hrs before the flight all the while TENSE that I will MISS the flight. I decided the pay the 100$ for the second booking ahead!!!

India is rich enough to manufacture nuclear weapons and import fighter jets. India is *not* a poor country. We can afford to vaccinate every Indian for free, to make oxygen available to every patient. The current crisis is caused by incompetence and criminal negligence.
