Just helped someone with a large, mature website they are trying to maintain, but were having trouble building/deploying. Turns out it uses react, but the only instance of `useState()` in the entire project was to reveal a dropdown menu on hover. @GrugBrainedDev

So “learning styles” joined the flock of well-intentioned concepts that a) sound plausible, b) are nonsense if you measure the outcomes (knowledge acquired/grades), & c) end up being a net-negative b/c they create limiting beliefs (“I can’t learn this b/c I’m an X learner”). [1]
