Nine months of separation. Qualified nurse looking to take her mother home and care for her - ARRESTED - how can this be right, in the meantime her 97 year older mother’s health continues to decline #rightsforresidents #stilllockedaway
@rightsforresid2 They shouldn’t have arrested her in the first place
@rightsforresid2 Genuine question, how can they justify this? Why is the elderly woman not allowed to leave the care home if she chooses to?
@rightsforresid2 😥 I am extremely upset about this! @BorisJohnson this is down to you!!! For God's sake sort this mess and confusion out. I will never vote for you ever again. 😡
@rightsforresid2 I'm sure the police appreciate your understanding. However, just following orders isn't a defense and neither is 'its for your safety''. This is too much and the police need to take a long hard look at themselves to see how the public will perceive them. This won't end well .
@rightsforresid2 I’m sorry but they didn’t have a hard job all they had to do was let your mum take grandma home , simple. But I am glad your mum got de arrested at least she can try rescue grandma again
@rightsforresid2 The police are becoming a complete joke at this point. Kneel for BLM (which is now a political party) but arresting someone trying to care for their sick mother. Well done 👏👏
@rightsforresid2 The two other people in the video are they a carer and nursing home manager? Did they call the police? As I know we are saying how bad the police are but we’re they called by the nursing home staff?
@rightsforresid2 I'm glad common sense prevailed but you really should not have been placed in such a position in the first place. What reason did they provide for arresting your mother?
@rightsforresid2 What did they arrest you for, sadly it cuts off at the end of the video?
@rightsforresid2 She never should have been arrested. We're not a communist country - yet.
@rightsforresid2 Did you manage to take your nan home with you? Tell us their reasoning for not allowing her to leave? Is it possibly the money your nan represents and will be lost to the care home if she leaves it?
@rightsforresid2 @JJacqs59 They should never have been called where was the wrong doing
@rightsforresid2 Shouldn't have happened in the first place
@rightsforresid2 pathetic and wrong. its all about money and i have no time for the police that do this.. dont let them get away with it.
@rightsforresid2 Thank goodness, but what an ordeal. Hope lady, her mum and nan are all ok and safe this will haunt them now. Its scares me. @BorisJohnson get a backbone and stop all this madness.
@rightsforresid2 Where is your gran, though?
@rightsforresid2 We have become a rogue nation with the evil scumbag @BorisJohnson ensuring we are controlled 24/7. Johnson is busy recreating the fascist Nazi Party & IMO is happy to destroy the lives of decent people, something that the disgraceful Johnson doesn't give a damn about
@rightsforresid2 We’re you allowed to take your Nan home? Can I also ask which police force this was?
@rightsforresid2 I cannot believe what you have gone through. I hope you get her home soon. I am here with my mum now whom im caring for and I have empthay for you.
@rightsforresid2 As I understand it, the Police were in breach of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, they did not ask the consent of the Grandmother to transfer her, Principle 1, always assume capacity! I hope they they take legal action!
@rightsforresid2 Did they let you and your mum take your grandma home to care for her yourselves?
@rightsforresid2 These police would be shot and killed in gun-toting USA.
@rightsforresid2 Nothing worse than a boot licker who find any way to delegitimise freedom.
@rightsforresid2 This should be reported to the commonlawcourt.com
@rightsforresid2 Stockholm syndrome, or fear of backlash
@rightsforresid2 This is incredibly upsetting. There must be a better way. #Lockdown2
@rightsforresid2 Does your grandmother have capacity? If not, does someone have power of atorney?
@rightsforresid2 Did the police explain which laws your mother had broken to cause her to be arrested?
