We had an amazing time celebrating this incredible group of students on their last day of middle school. The future Class of 2029 is truly something special. We can’t wait to see all that they accomplish as they take the next step in their journey at Mississinewa High School.

We wanted to share this great opportunity for students interested in learning more about the different careers listed below.
Starting next Monday, April 14 we will begin our ILEARN dress-up days to get all of us "amped" up and ready to ROCK the ILEARN! Attached you will find the dress-up days for April 14-April 22. April 22 we will also be having our pep rally to really "drum" up the excitement at RJB!
Our first Kindness & Canvas night was a huge success. Check out some of the beautiful watercolor pieces our RJB students created. Thank you to all our participants, Artist Janalyn Barmes, CSA, Ms. Perry, & Mrs. Johns for making this after school activity so special! #KindnessClub
Mrs. Baumgartner’s math class teamed up to solve real-world problems involving writing equations and identify dependent and independent variables. To mix things up, they switched partners halfway through the activity, because learning how to work with others is important!

🍬Last week, Mrs. Mason’s 7th-grade Science classes wrapped up their unit on plant and animal cells. Students built edible cell models to identify organelles and describe their functions. Learning about mitochondria, the nucleus, and more has never been so sweet!
🫁Our 7th graders in Mrs. Rose’s Science class dove into the world of organ systems last week, focusing on the lungs and diaphragm! Using simple materials like balloons and bottles, they created working models to see firsthand how these vital organs function together.
The RJB Drama Club and 7th & 8th Grade Choir had the opportunity to watch Junie B. Jones The Musical. Mississinewa High School’s Sight, Sound, and Scroll put on a fantastic performance, bringing Junie B.’s world to life! Thank you to the cast and crew for an unforgettable show!
Our 6th graders had the opportunity to spend a day at JA BizTown, where they put their Civics class lessons into action in a simulated town experience. From managing businesses to handling finances, they showcased leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Mrs. Coryell’s Biology classes demonstrated natural selection and adaptation by using different “beaks” to collect as many beans as possible, simulating how organisms adapt to their environments to survive and how certain traits can provide an advantage in nature.
Students in Mr. Mathias’ PLTW Science of Technology class are taking innovation to the next level! Using creative techniques, they’re enhancing a “Pop” figure with engineering and problem-solving skills.
