Trying to treat PCOS without a plan is like trying to drive from France to Croatia without a GPS. Eventually, you might get there but it will take much longer and you will definitely take many wrong turns!

Refusing to run labs, or properly diagnose PCOS because your doctor thinks 'you just need to lose weight' is an example of weight bias in medical care. You deserve better care!

Happy new year to all - as new year comes we all make many resolutions. Eating and living healthy has been on my list for the past 2 years and I managed to lose 40kg. I am a binge eater and finally managed to get it under control.
