We need to do a better job preparing young adults for this threat. Social media is an insane threat vector and Meta should frankly be interdicting these approaches. We're going to end up with walled-garden, whitelisted, human/national internet zones.

The point about not picking up the phone is very consistent with my experience. I’ve seen CEOs complain about supply shortages, then I try to contact their company to help them, and nobody responds. It’s a culture problem that’s slowing us down.
