These Pass Interference reviews by NFL officiating are not making any sense. Clear DPIs last week not overturned. Clear push off by Antonio Brown does not get overturned but Minnesota TD pass gets called back due to blocking downfield. Not sure what the standard is right now.

Morlino was a controversial bishop because his messages steeped in Catholic tradition often offended non-Catholics and Catholics alike in liberal Madison. While Morlino’s detractors took his messages personally, Morlino never took their angry responses personally, friends said.

Prior to the funeral at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, mourners paid their last respects for Bishop Robert Morlino, who died Nov. 24 after the Diocese said he suffered a cardiac event. Morlino’s casket was open and he was dressed in a traditional Bishop’s chasuble and miter.

Jack Hamann is on trial for allegedly beating to death his landlady Agnes Bram in 2017, not 2016 as I tweeted earlier. Bram was 82 at the time of her death, not 81.

Attorney for Jack Hamann says Hamann “was the perfect fall guy” for the beating death of his landlady, 81-year old Agnes Bram. He said Bram’s former tenant has no alibi and a cell phone ‘ping’ placed him near the scene of the crime around time Bram was killed.

Prindiville attorney, Charles Giesen, said case would have likely been dismissed because Prindiville was arrested nearly 8 years ago and was still awaiting trial. He said Prindiville’s health is deteriorating and he wanted the case behind him so plea deal was arranged.

Prosecutor Matt Moeser also said there was no evidence that Charles Prindiville was involved in human trafficking while he owned Rising Sun from 2003-2010. He said the Rising Sun has been closed since early 2017.
