#pixelartist resource / advice request: Its been months and I still don't know how to describe to these animation (front or back swing depending on which leg is forward in the walk cycle). There's got to be some magic word I'm lacking because I can't find any info on this topic

#GodotEngine 4 added a 2D directional light node. Should be step up from this kludge of a day/night cycle I made in version 3: ☄️ Assets (free) from my itchio 🪐 🔗 ~ itchio page in my bio ~🔗

#gamedev question - What would you call this sort of #animation? Where you have different animations for the same verb at different points in a cycling animation (in this case two types of attack depending on which foot is forward)
