Providing supervision sessions to NHS staff is depressing. #NHS leaders - your staff don't need wellbeing webinars. What they need is decent pay, work-life balance and to feel respected. If you're not fighting for those things for them, you don't care about their wellbeing.

October is AAC awareness month so I thought I'd re-share the four Ps model we use to describe the different types of AAC at @BarnsleyAT. I prefer these terms to 'low tech' and 'high tech' as they give equal value to all forms of AAC, which people might use alone or together.
