Tip of the day for lawyers: Any case involving a commercial dispute of amount more than 3 lakh, as defined under Commercial Court Act 2015, cannot be filed as ordinary civil suit. Also pre-litigation mediation U/s 12A before DLSA is mandatory if no urgent relief is to be prayed.
