Private sector works purely on merit. Crack interview & get a job. Anybody can apply. Nobody cares about your caste. If you're good, you'll get a job. However, govt sector is highly biased. Caste is preferred over merit. Reason why private is profitable & PSUs are in loss.

Last point. Every change @USCIS has made on this list is to benefit employers. They either make it easier to hire workers or lay off workers without getting sued. Securing any change to help workers will require major effort to overcome tech opposition. uscis.gov/working-in-the…

The visa bulletin below is hate speech and de jure discrimination against Indian doctors, researchers, engineers, scientists, etc. This Administration can fix this by adjusting the visa bulletin dates for filing into the 2020s. It simply chooses not to do so. #greencardbacklog

NPC trolling. Green cards are given to people, not countries. Employment green cards should be first come first served. Why should a company who needs an Indian genius researcher get them in 200 years just so a company can immediately hire a pizza driver from another country?

Let's talk about BITS Pilani Established in 1964, same time as IITs Ranked in Top 6/7, surpassing many IITs What's the secret? NO RESERVATION Was offered IIT status by govt, but it refused as that would've meant giving Reservation. When IITs have 60% quota, take a bow BITS.
