-There were 6 Writ Petitions & over a dozen Intervention Applications Listed y’day with my Petition -All purportedly seeking cancellation of final year Exams -But NOT EVEN a single person supported me in asking for Stay of Exams -A joint Request would have made Big Difference!

-#UGC has NOT filed its Reply to our SC Case, till now -UGC was supposed to file it y’day -If Tomorrow UGC seeks more time to File Reply then our SC case may get adjourned, which will be Unfair & Unjust to students -52,000 COVID-19 cases added in last 24 Hours, which is Scary!

Last week, NSUI Petition was Dismissed by SC. But today, Hon’ble Court has carefully understood our points & has Urgently issued Notice in it, for which I am Grateful to Hon’ble Court. I am also Grateful to each one of you, for your very kind support🙏🏻 #StudentsInSCAgainstUGC

In our #UGC Petition, our Additional Affidavit has been taken on record & circulated to Hon’ble Judges for tomorrow’s Hearing, as per the Office Report. In the Additional Affidavit, I have distinguished NSUI PIL from our Petition & have also mentioned few other pertinent points.

#UGC ने अंतिम वर्ष के छात्रों को सिर्फ दो विकल्प दिए हैं- 1.परीक्षा देने जाओ। खुद या परिवार कोरोना संक्रमित हो जाए तो महँगा इलाज कराओ या मारे जाओ! या 2.परीक्षा छोड़ दो। फिर इस साल नौकरी/ नामांकन के अवसर भी छोड़ दो! इस अन्याय के खिलाफ, हमें सुप्रीम कोर्ट से न्याय जरूर मिलेगा🙏🏻
