This year, @SanDiegoPD recovered 143 ghost guns. The proliferation of ghost guns is why we took action to ban them, and I’m thrilled @POTUS has taken action at the federal level. We will continue to get guns off our streets, hold perpetrators accountable, and protect the public.

This is the problem with "common-sense" legislation - someone's always against it and they're usually able to kill it. Who's against standard time? Clock manufacturers?

This might seem kind of silly - and it is - but this is the attitude that causes gun violence. The toxic culture of "I *am* the weapon" isn't a good idea when it's so easy to get a gun.

Dial in for the @ocfair virtual meeting starting soon! SB 264 will end the sale of all firearms on OC's beautiful fairgrounds. These dangerous weapons, including ghost guns, are everywhere in SoCal. Mission Beach Police confiscated 35 illegal guns in 1 mo.; 25 were ghost guns!
