@rrrobbberttt Truly amazing how developers denied the significance of foreign buyers in the past and are now pan handling/begging for foreigner buyers fix their leverage problem. These guys need to go bankrupt for real affordability to take place. It is the only mechanism we have to reset.
@rrrobbberttt He probably paid for the article, he and Rennie both suffer from serious narcissistic syndrome.
@rrrobbberttt Hopefully he will leave Vancouver..
@rrrobbberttt I really liked that Vancouver Village! What we have now is depressing! Neighbourhoods have been turned upside down with Foreign Buyers and Investors! Locals can’t afford to own!
@rrrobbberttt Ian is a decent enough fellow, if a bit arrogant. It's not his fault that no one stopped him from tying himself at the hip to luxury Chinese buyers. That is his business model.
@rrrobbberttt My friend is a Manager on big condo projects in Vancouver until a few years ago. They were all built for foreign ownership or investment. Nothing that our local population would be interested in based on finishes and design.
