آخرین آمار تلفات زلزله کنر به نقل از سخنگوی طالبان: ۱۴۵۷ تن کشته و ۳۳۹۴ تن زخمی. تعداد ۶۷۸۲ خانه هم تخریب شده. صعب‌العبور بودن مناطق زلزله زده و خانه‌های گِلی و نبود سیستم امداد و نجات متخصص بخصوص داکتران زن باعث افزایش تلفات زلزله بویژه در میان زنان باردار شده است.
