@Apple @tim_cook I changed my 12pro max battery in authorized Aptronix, Phoenix mall Chennai.Before battery change there is no issue with display & after they changed there are white patches in my screen Apple says I have to pay for it. Caseid 102482067380.Shame on Apple service

@Apple I would have changed in private itself why would I go for apple authorized service center to be perfect right? Worst experience ever. Samsung seems better these days. Poor Apple service & customer care. Why would I pay for service center’s mistake

@Apple give my old battery with old display. I don’t want this new battery with this bad display! @Appleindia15 @AppleSupport @tim_cook if you can’t design battery change without impacting display don’t keep the battery inside display

Between I ordered my monitor on june10,2020. If both the items are coming from different warehouse then it must have different tracking number.

My order ID is 101300000455081 and my delhivery tracking ID is 1516010357313. I ordered monitor and keyboard mouse combo in store.hp.com but what I received was keyboard only. But the invoice and order ID says both the items are inside the package.

Contacted 1-(800)-108-4747 twice and I had to wait for 20 minutes minimum to reach them each time still no proper response. I had sent email to opsmanager@HP.com , hpestore.in@HP.com and in.contact@HP.com. No one responded. Very poor customer service by hp. @HP
