React frameworks are great for UI, but trying to force them into fullstack territory turns simple problems into deployment puzzles. If you're early-stage: Keep the backend clean, API-driven, and framework-agnostic. Easier to scale, test, and swap out later.

I run dev sprints by the pizza rule. Pain: a backlog stuffed deep-dish style. Consequence: launches that arrive cold. If a slice can't ship before the box turns translucent with grease, the feature's too fat. Trim it, plate it, ship it or go hungry when deadlines knock.
