Transfer Window shut which hopefully now means no more back 3 for saints too. Back 3 doesnt work and the attackers we have dont suit it. 433, 4231 or 442 please. #saintsfc

Our fanbase need to calm down a bit. Look at Ipswich, the effect of the window being open whilst the season starts has a big impact. Will Still is also changing the players mindset away from the passing game - could see that yesterday. Its a marathon, not a sprint. #saintsfc

Halfway home from Watford. Having Fellows in the side will help but I cant help but feel moving one of those centre backs upfront or in behind and playing a back 4 will completely change the way we play. The window shutting and some stability will help top. #saintsfc

The transfer window is clearly a problem. However, the owners have got top money for 2 players who didn't want to be here and have replaced with 2 players with proven pedigree and another exciting prospect. Up the saints!!!!

The annual cup game against liverpool drawn out again for saints then. Another long away trip to Merseyside on a Tuesday or Wednesday night with trips to Hull, Sheffield United and Derby wrapped around it in the fixture list lol

The transfer window must shut before the season starts. Its ridiculous that both relegation seasons have ended with saints having to navigate August without having a clue who will be at the club come 1st Sept, even when the seasons underway.

I'd like saints to switch to a 4222. Give stewart and Archer a run of games as a front two. Use Charles and downes as holding midfielders. Play a back 4 and then get a couple of wingers / number 10s who can play in the hole with manning and a rb running in behind.

3 at the back does not work. It never has for us. Get some wingers - fast. Ryan Fraser is not a right wing back - he needs to be used in a natural position. Why not try 442? Stop putting square pegs in round holes all the time. #SaintsFC

What a feeling that was. Good win to start the season and what a way to get a feel good factor back. One thing...please dont play 3 at the back anymore. Also, the ref was terrible (for both sides). Fair play to Wrexham, did well and their fans were great. #SaintsFC

My first time using DAZN tonight. The buffering was a farce, completely ruined the fight enjoyment. I wont be returning as a customer and wont be watching fights unless they are on PPV TV. @DAZNBoxing
