Getting the community members on the same page is a tough cookie. I know communication is key but how should I break into their reality and fine-tune the resources to their needs?

The process of onboarding new people into my community was a bit cumbersome So I refined it and got over 70 new users into the group, 40 of whom are super active and like assets to the whole community. This is one day after the launch #buildinpublic
