Not sure why no one is bothering to look into the issue. Very bad customer support. In India guest are called god but Air India looks like reversing it.

@airindiain I travelled from JFK-BBS on 29th Nov. I faced harassment in the checkin counter of JFK. I had to throw a lot of valuables and also had to pay excess charge for 3 baggages. I am sending emails to [email protected] from 3 months but no positive response. Pls help.
