I don't feel shame like I used to. Do I still make mistakes in life? Sure do. Do I maybe leave a situation & think, "shit, I said too much? All the time... but I'm not out breaking people's hearts anymore. I wake up feeling alive and grateful for the highs & lows #recoveryposse
