So- policy change that would incentivize more #primarycare would come through both @CMSGov and @AmerMedicalAssn. Efforts should be aimed at pressuring @AmerMedicalAssn to change the RUC to include more primary care, public health experts, and economists in its RVU decisions. 25/

Setting appropriate expectations for myself in terms of involvement in non-clinical (but enriching!) medicine experiences. I went to FM residency to learn become a FM clinician first and foremost; everything else shouldn't hinder that but enhance and/or balance it. #STFMchat

This is gold! I thought I knew geographic location I wanted to stay in and randomly took a chance at 1 program way outside of my desired location. Guess what? It was a better fit than any of the other programs in my geographic area (thankfully I matched there!) #STFMChat
