Heard too many good things about Claude Code in Mac terminal to not give it a try... Using it at the minute to overhaul the UI to @nervessel , an immersive educational anatomy learning resource for medical students. So far so good.

Some @nervessel UI changes: - Added an aortic valve because starting at a dead-end made no sense... - Also, new heartbeat sound. Does it line up with S2 /valve closure, probably not... Quietens further away from aortic arch you go. - Smoothed out edges to look less minecraft-y

Built this UKMLA Q bank using app.base44.com in <1 hour. Scary how good LLM agents are getting. Will be huge for medical education and positive to see cash cows like passmedicine.com being disrupted. (currently building an immersive anatomy game @nervessel )
