The lack of medical facilities and doctors, along with the absence of timely emergency response, has led to the deaths of many children. In one of the videos, a child can be seen being pulled out from under the rubble, still alive. However, due to the lack of medical care and the absence of oxygen, there is a strong possibility that the child may not have survived. Yet, the video clearly shows that the child was alive at the moment of rescue.
