The leg rest not working in premium economy of FCO DEL flight seat 21C today. Meal ordered has been changed by them, without option to us. Insipid useless meal with fruits as desert. Never ever seen this level of unprofessionalism. FCO is their main Hub, allrepairs could be done.

These are seats 21A and C, premium economy. Today FCO Delhi flight if ITA. HOW DO THEY EXPECT US TO EAT?? Unprofessional. Same problem in our JFK FCO flight which arrived FCO at 11.55 today. Seat 22A and C in that.

ITA worst airline we have ever flown. We are in premium economy, with paid choice seats. Both the tray tables not working, the leg support of 1 not working. The meal opted was Lacto Ovo, but they say we only have vegetarian, (spinach, boiled potato and chickpea), fruits in desert
