स्विस बैंक मैं जो भारतीयों का काला धन रखा हुआ है उसे उपयोग करने का सही वक्त है अगर इस समय में भी वह धन को गरीब मजदूर एवं किसानों में नहीं बांटा गया तो यह समझा जायेगा कि सरकार की मंशा ही नहीं है भ्रष्टाचारियों का पैसा जप्त करने की यह मेरा भारत सरकार को सुझाव है
