I remembered to take my ADHD meds in the morning (before coffee) and suddenly I've CLEANED THE DISHWASHER BEFORE 10AM. I'm almost digusted by this level of productivity. I didn't even dread it. I just started doing it. Guess those meds do actually work huh.

An accommodation that isn't talked about enough is asking "Does this actually need to be done?" or "Does this actually need to be done this way?" In my opinion, this should be the first accommodation made in all cases

My cat is playing again!! She was so slow the last few days/weeks because of the heat here, but it's been a little cooler lately and it's such a relief to see that she's regained some of her energy. Yay! 💖
