Imagine waking up every Monday to learn that 4 more people from your community - your neighborhood, your school district, your company - have died unnecessarily. People experiencing homelessness are living with constant grief and trauma.

Yes! As someone without a financial safety net this absolutely resonates. I only moved an hour away from my med school and it still burns 💸. My @ynab budget is hard to look at these days 😵 @FirstGenMD

Sex designations on birth certificates offer no clinical utility, and they can be harmful for intersex and transgender people. Moving such designations below the line of demarcation would not compromise the birth certificate’s public health function but could avoid harm.

Yes! And on top of this - so many communities (Providence included!) were in the midst of housing crises long before COVID.
