Why I would never buy #pixel6a or any other hardware from @Google again! Well, support is very responsive, but takes forever to offer a solution that then doesn't work. This time they offered me to send in a bloated phone even though the process prohibits just that. #servicehell

As (Conversational) #AI consultant and trainer I often feel like disillusioner or demotivator. Some believe all those press and marketing messages and expect AI to solve everything effortless and immediately (#Skynet). #AskWhy helps with #ExpectationManagement but feels "#Grinch"

If you think bots struggle with human interaction try the @adidas support. Just a guess, but it seems their contact center uses a bad translation service for human agents. To make it even worse, those seem to answer with predefined text blocks only. Wish they had a bot instead...
