Visited Pind Balluchi & noticed a 10% ‘Staff Contribution’ charge instead of a ‘Service Charge.’ When questioned, they said it’s mandatory & non-removable. Is this even legal? Service charges are optional as per govt rules. @consumerforum @dchf_delhi #HiddenCharges #PindBalluchi
