Utterly disappointed with Cancellation and Delays for Bus journey in London (25Jun). Missed my train with family which costed a PENALTY OF £141 and family was in trauma due to this. Need urgent support on Compensation @LondonBusCo @TfL

@AppleSupport Sadly… AppleCare Support isn’t what it used to be. They often don’t solve issues, just wastes hours of your time on the phone. In the end, they give you a case number and you never hear from them again. Supervisors don’t call back. Your case is abandoned.

@AppleSupport Hi Support Team, I had contacted them but got no resolution to my issue. Can you please help to get a replacement or refund of the EarPods as they are of no use and seems Rs. 1900 were wasted by Apple purchase. Hope to get a resolution of my problem?
