I called up a support helpline & was greeted by an #AIAgent, who knew my profile & was conversing with me. At first it seemed ok, but then comprehension and lack of situational awareness of the #AIAgent caught up. Really bad customer experience. Is it just me?

And as i finally said.. i have already done the charity today and learnt my lesson. Usually as a one member I thought it was a privilege but now i realise that it is just a price benefit and nothing more

I have bought a brand new Hitachi AC last summer (May 2021). However, AC stopped working within 6 months. I contacted dealer, he said sir your coil are faulty which cannot be repaired under warranty and you will have to buy a new AC. What the hell. @hitachiglobal @HitachiHomes
