@amazonIN,I’m appalled by the lack of accountability. 10 days, countless follow-ups, and still no resolution for a ₹36,890 Airconditioner issue. As a loyal customer with ₹8L+ in orders, I expect better. This is mental harassment. Resolve it by tomorrow or I’ll pursue legally.

@zomatocare i order pastries from theobrama from zomato. All of then were stale and not fresh . They were spoiled and upside down . Upon sending the proofs of it through images still the customer support just provide 140 off on next order . I need full refund.Orderno: 6880930516

@Everyone Avoid purchasing from Amazon! There’s a scam happening. when you request a return /replacement, they claim to investigate, but after 6-7 days, they'll deny it without proof. If you have proof also, they will not hear and you will be mentally tortured.Fraudulent behavior
