Bivas Gelal and I made our own pact, echoing the dedication we bring to our ventures & professional careers. Every Labor Day weekend, we embark on a moto-camping trip, a tradition as sacred as our entrepreneurial vows. The only exceptions? Hospitalization or international travel. This year marked our fourth trip to the "Tail of the Dragon" – not just for the thrill of the ride, but for the camaraderie it fosters. Nestled around the campfire, and the revving of our motorcycles, our conversations delved deep. From discussing the mental health challenges that come with the highs and lows of entrepreneurship, to the vital role of empathy in our decision-making processes, these sessions have become invaluable for self-reflection and mutual support.
