No Kid get's better at football siting on a bench every week just because a coach wants to win a game of football, Grassroots football is not the Premier League
Everything in football today comes as a cost apart from those free volunteers who continue to prop up Grassroots football

@savegrassroots They are plastered all over the Netherlands, every team plays on them and they are affordable. They do work as long as the prices aren’t crazy as private companies are benefitting too much.

@savegrassroots Doesn't surprise me one bit. I seen contractors not bother to line between the posts, even with mobile goals.
@savegrassroots I despair. A few years ago i turned up to referee a game at the Mystery in Liverpool. It was August, the start of the season. The ponds from the previous season in both goalmouths had been respectfully by passed by the guy cutting the grass. Grass and reeds about 18” tall.
