A u10 Game is not the place for Adults to SHOWCASE their Knowledge (lack of) of the game. By Constantly yelling directives, Over coaching, having unrealistic expectations and need for control, you are Killing the Fun and Creativity for the kids. It is ok to Let Them Play.

The "best" player now may not be the best player in a few yrs. The "weaker" player now may be the best player in a few yrs. Predicting future success remains difficult. Simply, we don't know. So we must continue to equally develop the majority & not just the small minority.

Interesting reading about the new German football model recently. Smaller sided games Under 7-9: 2/3 aside Under 11: 5 aside Under 13: 9 aside And ALL PLAYERS will be GUARANTEED equal playing time.
