The lads would like to say a big Thank you to Ruby FC for not only hosting us for today's game, but for also raising over £500 🧡💙 Thank you, it was a real pleasure. Game finished 5-5 with Ruby winning the penalty shootout. A fantastic day for all involved.

Losing a child doesn't mean they are gone forever. They will forever live on in our hearts and memories. We would also like to think of other ways of offering social support networks. Not everyone affected may be into football, so any ideas are always welcome. Comment below 👇
We know it's not easy opening up, but by talking to others who have been through similar experiences, we hope it can help people understand that all the emotions they will experience from grief through to guilt are all natural and all part of the healing process.
🧡💙 Losing a child at any stage is extremely difficult to come to terms with. At Sands United, we offer a platform where men can come and feel supported. Whether they chose to open up or not, it doesn't matter. It's more for them to feel there is a support network if needed.
So Saturday 17th saw a number of the team take part in a special charity match v a Guest XI side of ex pro players. Whilst the result was a tad one-sided, it proved to be an amazing day for everyone involved. We raised £3500 for @SandsUK 🧡💙
So it finally happened @sandsaid 2025 a family fun day and charity football match between @SufcNorthants v Guest XI a brilliant day topped of with live music. We reckon so far we have raised £3.5k for @SandsUK 🧡💙 thank you to everyone involved or who donated / attended 🫶

BUT WE'RE UNBEATEN! An incredible campaign after securing promotion last season, straight up and taking the title at first opportunity. Top scorer was never in doubt before the season began. An incredible group, great management with some superb performances across the season.
A similar story this week, another team not willing to play. That brings a close to our season, not the way we wanted to finish it with just 1 from the last 4 league games being played.
