T-Mobile is experimenting with 2G carriers inside the 900MHz 4G band. They disabled some 4G subcarriers so they don't overlap. There is now a 5MHz gap free to enable 3G900 again. It would be logical that the entire 2100MHz band is moved to 4G afterwards.
