Félicitations to Domaine des Huards for a superior Cheverny that exceeds expectations. The bomb blossom/apple/mirabelle, sideways acid, sheer minerality all coalesce and flourish in the flawless meshing w/the demi-fraîche goat cheese from the local Lemey farm (Muides-sur-Loire)!
