Hey @amazonIN I had ordered this item on Aug 13th for same day shipment. 5 days and numerous follow up calls with your Cust Service team later, I'm yet to receive this item. At this point, I feel your Cust Serv team has completely lost the plot on this. Can this be escalated???

Watched #SarvamThaalaMayam last night. What a soulful, beautiful movie! Thank you @DirRajivMenon for this movie that speaks straight to the soul. #Nedumudivenu as Vembu Iyer is an absolute gem. I feel this is one of the best movies I've watched in this decade. Semma super!
