Still no action or results even grievances filed with PGPORTAL and IT PORTAL

It had passed six months time but surprisingly grievance is yet not attended to and has not solved. Our refund is pending since 27.3.21 i.e. more than two years. No one is responding to any of the mail or any of the grievances. very ridiculous
