I was at Amzn early '00s when we lost 95% of our market cap. Later at FB I negotiated a down-round in '09, and then in '12 our stock dropped 50% post-IPO. I was on the board of a public company that went bankrupt (Borders) and a start-up that went under (Hello). Some lessons:

Sad to hear the news that Rod Marsh has passed. He was a legend of our great game & an inspiration to so many young boys & girls. Rod cared deeply about cricket & gave so much-especially to Australia & England players. Sending lots & lots of love to Ros & the family. RIP mate❤️

Why does it always seem to happen after I’ve carefully done some research and am about to buy a share, it’s gets tipped in IC or Midas, wiping out about 10% profit that I would have otherwise made from a load of bandwagon jumpers whose “research” is to read someone else’s tip!
