Just to let everyone know I have just won my case against estuary who tried to prevent me from stsircasing.once I have approval from my barristers I shall be providing all trial documents to people so they can see what shared ownership are up against !

@LondonTenants And sadly many shared owners have already lost their homes in distressed sales. Their flats are now owned by portfolio landlords and let at market rate to private tenants. Buy backs and conversions to social rent would have prevented that.

@CommonholdNow @Roofless2022 This is probably the way my building is going. We’ve spend £15k getting our roof ‘fixed’ leaks appearing everywhere still. No one cares. I’ve tried every complaints procedure I can find and I still can’t get it sorted.
