Customer service fail from @MeirAustralia. A month after ordering our £250 kitchen tap ( + £10 for delivery!) it still hasn't arrived and I've chased 3 times - no real apology from them either. @DowsingReynolds I can't wait any longer so I'll be buying from you instead.
