Today is a bank holiday in England and Wales. We only get eight per year. 9 in Scotland. 11 in France and the USA and a similar number I believe in Australia? What do you when you get a bank holiday? Something special or your usual routine? I'm using mine for a nice lie in!

I hope everyone has a good night or a good day. Just a thought: I am in a power chair. I took a friend for a coffee yesterday and my friend was asked by the waiter: "does he take sugar?" Of course I corrected the waiter! Has anyone had a similar experience? What did you do?
