It really does get tiring, mentally. My past sometimes appear in my mind, i guess its minor trauma. The shit I've been through developed this guarded character which I now feel is my protection.

Maybe I'm just here to advocate growth to the younger audience. Cos I didn't have a role model to follow when I was young which taught me how to be self-reliant. I just want to be someone I wish had around in my life.

Keeping relationships with people becomes more difficult as we age. We get too busy building for our future. You will lose people eventually. I guess it's normal that not everyone will stay in our lives.
