@thetrainline Hi Lorcan I have not proceed with the transaction as I didn’t want to incur the admin fee. Basically I wanted to change a return ticket I purchased from Ipswich to London for Thursday 6 April to Tuesday 9th May but they wanted to charge £17.50 admin fee (see screen prints)

#Trainline must of increased their admin charges as they won't refund me £12.50 as it's less than their admin costs ... Cheeky fuckers, I won't using them again.

Is anyone else having problems with Trainline @thetrainline they seem to be charging admin fees in error and aren’t giving refunds?

@shousego @British_Airways Similar here. Not up to counting in days yet but nearly at 7 hours. They lost our bag. They’ve actually found it now, got it to the city where we are but not actually processed it so we can get it. Bag landed over 10 hours ago. Has all our clothes in it.

Is anyone else having trouble getting hold of BA? I’ve phoned, complained and tweeted but heard nothing and it’s been over a week @British_Airways
